Our lives have become more enriched as our values and
expectations for a decent life have improved. But there is still
room for improvement when it comes to the lives and rights of
those with disabilities or those on the social margins. Not only are policy measures addressing these issues lacking, but our
awareness of the issues have a long way to go. As such, Paradise Welfare Foundation seeks to become the driving force in
designing a more affluent future where everyone, be it those with disabilities or those without, can enjoy the benefits.

Striding side by side with those who are physically challenged and living together in harmony with them is a task that we, as
members of society, have an obligation to take on. In order to
become an advanced nation in its truest sense, progress should be made not just in economic terms, but in cultural terms through
consideration for such people. Paradise Welfare Foundation does not distinguish between those with disabilities and those without when it comes to the rights to enjoy an affluent future.
We believe in a culture where everyone can live in harmony. A
cultured society is not formed by one individual or one social class it is brought about by people coming together and pulling their
efforts together. As Korea’s one and only specialized foundation
that caters to the needs of those with disabilities, Paradise Welfare Foundation has been carrying out unique projects to improve
the quality of life and offer a better future for the physically
challenged.

The projects to offer those with disabilities more opportunities to enjoy arts and culture in recent years have been one of our most
representative efforts in creating content and programs where art and culture can be enjoyed by all. Paradise Welfare Foundation
pledges to not only redouble its efforts in implementing creative
and future-oriented projects that are in line with the paradigm
shift taking place in welfare initiatives, but also to live up to its role as a leader in special education and Art & Cultural programs for
those with disabilities.
